Jib Cranes

JIB Cranes

Pillar Mounted Jib crane

A pillar-mounted jib crane is anchored to a vertical pillar or column, allowing for a stable and versatile lifting solution. This design is particularly useful in environments where space is limited or where precise lifting and positioning are required.
1. Ideal for use in tight spaces or confined areas where floor space is limited. The pillar-mounted design makes efficient use of available space.
2. The pillar provides robust support and stability, which is crucial for handling heavy loads and ensuring safe operations.
3. The jib arm’s rotation allows for a broad working range and flexibility in load positioning. Some models also offer adjustable jib lengths.
4. Generally less expensive than larger overhead or gantry cranes, providing a cost-effective solution for lifting and material handling.

(250kg To 5Ton) (Rotation Upto 360°)

Span upto 6 Meter

(250kg To 3Ton) (Rotation upto 180°)

Span upto 5 Meter

Wall Mounted Jib Crane

Wall-mounted jib crane is a type of jib crane that is attached to a wall (or) building (or) structure rather than being supported by a freestanding pillar (or) column. This design is particularly useful in spaces where floor space is limited, (or) where a permanent support structure is already in place.
1. Generally more affordable than freestanding cranes or larger overhead systems, as it utilizes existing structures for support.
2. The rotation of the jib arm allows for a broad range of motion and precise load positioning within its working radius.
3. Can be installed with minimal modifications to existing structures, reducing installation time and cost.
4. Suitable for various applications in manufacturing, warehouses, and maintenance facilities.
5. The working radius is limited by the length of the jib arm and the space available around the wall.
6. The crane is stationary and cannot be moved to different locations within the workspace.
